Camila, a Bolivian social entrepreneur, co-founded START Americas Together and created El Agua Es Oro, a project offering mobile laundry and water recycling to improve peri-urban water access. Now Sustainability Manager at ECOM Latin America, she builds sustainable coffee and cocoa supply chains.

Jigyasa Labroo

India 🇮🇳

Jigyasa, co-founder and CEO of Slam Out Loud, uses performance and visual arts to teach SEL skills to underserved children. A KC Mahindra scholar at Harvard, she’s in Forbes 30 Under 30 (2022) and Innovator of the Year (2023, HundrED). Passionate about self-expression, she loves music, travel, and coaching.

He also co-created the Community of Companies with a mission, gathering over 1,000 companies. Emery co-authored Entreprises à mission et raison d’être.

He is a French social entrepreneur, co-founder of Ticket for Change and an Ashoka Fellow since 2016. He co-initiated the coalition Grandes Ecoles de la Transition, is a board member of Mouvement Impact France, and co-president of the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat. Vishal Talreja

Vishal, an Indian social entrepreneur, co-founded Dream a Dream, a non-profit transforming education for over 260 million children. Since 1999, it empowers vulnerable youth to thrive across 9 Indian states, impacting 2.2 million children and 44,000 educators. Vishal is an Ashoka Fellow and mentor to young social entrepreneurs.

Hubert de Boisredon

Hubert de Boisredon, a committed French entrepreneur, became CEO of Armor Group in 2004. He led a major transformation, focusing on employee recapitalization, internationalization, and addressing future societal challenges. Armor is now a global leader in product traceability, printing consumables, and ecological transition.

Joséphine, a French social entrepreneur, co-founded Ticket for Change in 2014 to inspire people to become changemakers. With a background from ESCP & HEC and experience in large companies, she now leads the organization as CEO. She co-wrote What do you do for a living? Jade, a French corporate changemaker, is an agronomy engineer and sustainability specialist. She began her career as Agri-foodchain manager at Les Prés Rient Bio, known for « Les 2 Vaches ». In 2022, she became Sustainable Sourcing Manager for Danone worldwide.

Deborah Keraghel

France 🇫🇷

Deborah is the Executive Director of the MSc in Sustainability & Social Innovation at HEC Paris. She has worked with impactful organizations in Chile, including InnSania SpA and Apoidea, and as a Business Developer at Universidad Federico Santa María. The master’s program trains aspiring changemakers to foster sustainable practices in society and business.

Mickaël Cornou

France 🇫🇷

Mickaël, a French impact manager, is the Marketing Director for Interface in Northern and Southern Europe. A sustainability ambassador, he raises awareness on environmental issues within sales teams. Interface’s mission, Climate Take Back, aims to combat global warming and achieve carbon-negative status by 2040.

Christelle Bitouzet

Christelle is an Affiliate Professor at HEC Paris, teaching in various executive programs. With a background in consulting and roles in large international groups, she specializes in change management, team mobilization, multicultural management, and CSR. She is also a partner in a consulting firm focused on sustainable development and stakeholder relations.

Eloïc Peyrach

Eloïc is a Professor of Economics at HEC Paris since 2003 and the founder of its Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. Appointed Director General and Dean in 2021, he is a board member of various companies and non-profits. He also chairs a foundation supporting social mobility through education.

Bénédicte Faivre-Tavignot

Bénédicte is an associate professor of strategy at HEC Paris and co-founder of the S&O Institute, focused on rethinking business’s role in society. She co-created the Master in Sustainable Development at HEC in 2003 and founded the HEC Social Business/Enterprise and Poverty Chair and Action Tank for social innovation.

Louis-Xavier Leca

Louis-Xavier is a French social entrepreneur who founded La Cloche, which created Le Carillon, a nationwide solidarity network. Le Carillon strengthens social ties by facilitating the exchange of services and goods between homeless and non-homeless people. He is also an Ashoka Fellow.

Thomas is a French social entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of Oé, an organic wine brand focused on sustainable viticulture across all production stages. He is also an alumnus of the first Ticket for Change MOOC and HEC.

Romain Briat

France 🇫🇷

Romain Briat is the Executive Director of the Purpose Center at HEC Paris within the Society & Organizations Institute, an interdisciplinary center where professors and researchers put societal and environmental issues at the heart of their research, teaching and experimentation for companies.

Rodolphe Durand

Rodolphe is the Joly Family Chaired Professor in Purposeful Leadership at HEC Paris and academic director of the Society and Organizations Institute, which he founded in 2009. His research focuses on competitive advantage and the cognitive and normative factors affecting organizational performance.

Gilles Vermot-Desroches

Gilles is the Director of Sustainable Development at Schneider Electric since 2000, overseeing the ‘Access to Energy’ program and UN & French Institutional Affairs. He is President of « 100 Chances, 100 Emplois », and holds leadership roles in several sustainability organizations and commissions.
